What's includedWhat our appliance repair service includes
Every visit includes a full diagnostic, a plain-English explanation of the fault, and a price before we start. Here's what's covered in a standard appliance repair call, and what we handle as an add-on.
01✓
Full diagnostic
We test the machine with a multimeter, voltage tester and clamp meter, checking the thermostat, heating element, drain pump, capacitor and control board against manufacturer spec. You get the diagnosis in plain English, not a parts list.
02✓
Part replacement
If the failed part is on the truck, we replace it during the same visit. Common stock includes water inlet valves, door gaskets, drive belts, capacitors and control boards for Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag and Frigidaire.
03✓
Leak and vent check
For washers, dishwashers and dryers, we check the water inlet valve, drain pump and vent path before we leave. A repair that fixes the symptom but leaves a slow leak isn't finished in our book.
04✓
Performance testing
We run a full cycle and verify results: fridge holding 37F to 40F, freezer at 0F, dryer reaching temperature, washer completing a spin without walking. If it doesn't pass, we don't call it done.
05✓
Cleanup and haul-away
We clean the work area and take the failed part with us if you don't want it. If you do want it, we leave it so you can see exactly what failed. Either way, you're not left with a mess.
